Pricing Details and Refund Policy
The full participation fee for the Korean Summer Camp is 1250 GEL, which includes:
Accommodation at the hotel (7 days / 6 nights)
Three meals per day
Transportation
Full participation in all program activities
24/7 on-site medical support
A special 10% discount is available in the following cases:
Siblings – if siblings (sister-brother, sister-sister, or brother-brother) attend the camp together
Students from the same school – if two or more students register from the same school
The discount applies to each individual participant, reducing the fee to 1125 GEL per person
To receive the discount, please make sure to indicate the relevant information during registration (names of other participants, school name, etc.).
Please note: Discounts cannot be combined. Each participant is eligible for only one type of discount.
Refunds are available under the following conditions, based on the time remaining before the camp starts:
100% refund – if participation is canceled at least 2 weeks before the camp starts
70% refund – if canceled 1 week before the camp starts
50% refund – if canceled 5 days before the camp starts
40% refund – if canceled within 5 days of the camp start date
Please note: Refunds will be issued to the same bank account from which the original payment was made.
