Camp Participation Rules:

1. Respect and Courtesy

   • Show respect towards peers and camp staff.

   • Aggression, bullying, or inappropriate language is not allowed.

2. Time Management

   • You must participate in all activities on time.

   • Adherence to the schedule for sleep, meals, and free time is mandatory.

3. Safe Behavior

   • It is not permitted to leave the camp territory without authorization and without an accompanying person.

   • The use of electronic devices is restricted during certain parts of the day.

   • Tobacco, alcohol, and other prohibited substances are forbidden.

4. Treatment of Personal and Common Property

   • Take care of the camp's inventory and other participants' belongings.

   • In case of damage, responsibility lies with the participant and their legal representative.

5. Open Communication

   • If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, you must inform the group leader.

Rules for Parents:

1. Contact Availability

   • It is essential that a parent or guardian be constantly available during the camp period.

   • Information necessary for emergencies must be provided in advance (medical condition, allergies, etc.).

2. Agreement with Camp Regulations

   • Before starting participation in the camp, the parent/guardian must review the rules and sign a document agreeing to them.

3. Picking Up or Sending the Participant

   • Taking a child from the camp is only possible with prior agreement and by a designated person.

4. Encouraging Independence

   • It is important that parents encourage children to act independently, overcome daily challenges, and interact with other children.

5. Unplanned Visits

   • Unplanned visits by parent(s) within the camp premises are not permitted, so as not to disrupt the schedule and children's comfort (except in cases of force majeure).
